FRIDAY CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT!!
Hey Fellow Judoka,
STARTING THIS FRIDAY (Nov 8th, 2019 @ 6:30 pm)
We are pleased to announce that we will be starting a 90 minute Teen/Adult Mixed Judo Class on Friday's starting at 6:30. This class will be lead by Ray Goerke who is currently still a provincially competitive Nidan.
For Teens/Parents of Teens: This class will aim to provide teens (those that are starting to outgrow the Junior class physically and in maturity) with a more mature atmosphere where they can better develop their Judo in a Safe environment along with other teens but with the influence of adult mentors. This is not meant to be a competitive class but to provide teens with their next step in their Judo journey. Those that do attend would be expected to still try to attend at least one of the Junior Classes per week.
