Olympic Preparation
This is an excellent video showing how strength and fitness training in judo has evolved over the years to combined elements of judo skill/power training, speed training, fitness training and strength training into a program. There is a need for classical strength power training but the majority of training should be done in a circuit type of training during the competition season.
