KUZUSHI - BEGINNING AND ADVANCED CONCEPTS (Part III)

Youth Programing Now Available

Judo develops fitness, balance, coordination, good posture in a cooperative/fun , structured, disciplined environment. 

Learn fundamental Judo skills and be able to perform these skills. 

Learn the how to fall safely and the forms of  throwing and grappling. 

All practices are co-ed.  Judo is an inexpensive
year-round activity.

                                                                        

Instructor: Sandra Hewson

Kinder Judo - Ages 6 to 8  years

                                 - Tuesdays and Thursdays

                       - 4:30 pm to 5:15pm

Junior Judo  -  Ages 9 years and over

                           -  Tuesdays and Thursdays

                 - 5:30pm to 6:30pm 
Two introductory sessions is always available.
