Predominent Techniques Used At 2012 London Olympics
Waza Used at the 2012 London Olympics
On
the International Judo Federation website there is a interesting document that
outlines techniques used at the 2012 Olympic Games in both the men's and woman's
competition. With the start
of the season and the competition season coming up quickly this might good for
judo coaches in Canada to review and develop your technical teaching &
attacking plans for your judo club/ athletes in the next year.
Note: The stats could be broken down
further to weight divisions because light weights attack more and with different
techniques than heavyweights but in general this is a very good document to look
at and review as you develop your competitive athletes.
